Kelly Winkler

Kelly Winkler is President and CEO of all Sky Climber companies globally. Kelly joined Sky Climber in 2006 as President of Sky Climber Access Solutions, LLC (SCAS), a rental company for suspended scaffolding. From 2006 to her CEO appointment in late 2021, she led the expansion of SCAS from a single rental location to ten U.S. branch offices and a Panama extension. Simultaneously, she developed Sky Climber, LLC as a prominent global manufacturer of suspended scaffolding equipment, with operations in the United States, Belgium, and China, as well as an extensive dealer network in over seventy countries. She led the formation of Sky Climber Renewables in 2007, a renewable energy service firm focusing on utility-scale wind, solar, and energy storage solutions for the U.S. and Canadian markets, with a workforce of over 600 certified field technicians.

Kelly joined Sky Climber after serving as Vice President and Partner at Spider Staging, where she held progressive roles from secretary of the St. Louis, MO branch office to managing nationwide sales and operations across all 26 U.S. locations from 1991 to 2006.

Kelly graduated from the University of Missouri with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. Kelly is married with two sons, two grandsons and lives in Naples, Florida.
