Ralph Cleveland, President and CEO of the American Association of Blacks in Energy (AABE) since March 2022, is a seasoned leader with over 35 years of experience in the energy and infrastructure sector. Alongside his role at AABE, he serves as Senior Managing Director and CEO of Cleveland and Associates, a consulting firm dedicated to strategic growth and corporate empowerment. Additionally, he holds the positions of President and COO at S.L.King Technologies, offering premier services in various domains including energy resource management and information technology. With a wealth of experience, including a decade overseeing centralized utility operations shared services for AGL Resources (now Southern Company Gas), Cleveland brings a wealth of expertise to his leadership positions.
