Stacey Halliday

Stacey Halliday, a partner in Arnold & Porter’s environmental practice, advises clients on a broad array of complex environmental regulatory compliance, enforcement, and transactional matters.

In addition, she represents electronics and textile industry clients in product stewardship and global supply chain issues involving circularity and recycling, including electronic-right-to-repair, extended producer responsibility, management of used goods, environmental marketing claims, and labeling requirements.

She also advises on energy transition and climate change matters, including energy infrastructure permitting, community engagement, environmental justice, and sustainability disclosures. She previously served as Special Counsel in the EPA’s Office of General Counsel where her portfolio included congressional oversight, crisis management, and stakeholder engagement.
