Traci R. Scott

Traci R. Scott is the Vice President of Workforce Development at the National Urban League. NUL’s Workforce Development program spans the whole of the workforce, inclusive of youth, reentry, mature workers. Too, NUL has operated programs that served the technology, supply chain, and construction. Prior to her tenure at the NUL in 2016, she served as the Director of Education and Workforce at Covenant House New York as well as served over 15 years in the out of school time education (workforce and program development) field.  Ms. Scott holds a BA from Kenyon College (OH) and a MPA from CUNY-Baruch for which she is a National Urban Fellow.
