The Navy taught me to lead with purpose, adapt quickly, and make effective decisions in high-pressure operational environments and those skills align with the mission-driven commitment found in the clean energy industry. The Navy gave me a solid operational background and team leadership experience, along with the training to understand complex systems and technical concepts. These skills are crucial in my role today in asset management, where each day brings new opportunities to drive progress and make a tangible impact.
